OCTC Capital Bluegrass

The OCTC Capital Bluegrass & Traditional Music program is Directed by Scott Napier, the program offers specialized certificates, instrumental instruction, and performance ensemble opportunities for students interested in studying Kentucky's rich bluegrass heritage. They also perform at local events such as the Strawberry Festival at the Cottage Farm and Friday after Five.

Bobby Osborne Mandolin Roundup

Scott Napier bluegrass mandolinist, established the one-day instructional camp in 2017 in Hyden, Kentucky, alongside the late bluegrass legend Bobby Osborne. Scott hopes to soon bring this opportunity to Owensboro.
